NOTICE OF CHANGE IN FINANCIAL YEAR END
In terms of paragraph 8.59 and 3.15 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, we hereby notify
the shareholders of the change in year-end of the company from December to March.
. The company will issue a second interim report for the twelve months ending 31
December 2018, which will be reviewed by the external auditors. These will be compared
to the twelve months results ended 31 December 2017.
. As stated in the circular issued to shareholders on 13 November 2018, the directors
intend to delist and place the company into liquidation before 31 March 2019.
