UPDATE ON THE ACQUISITION OF 100% OF LADISMITH CHEESE COMPANY
Further to the announcement dated 28 August 2018 relating to the acquisition by Sea Harvest of 100%
of Ladismith Cheese Company Proprietary Limited, shareholders are advised that all the conditions
precedent have now been fulfilled and the transaction has become unconditional.
The transaction effective date is 2 January 2019.
