RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 29 June 2018, and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was dated 19 November 2018, shareholders are advised that negotiations
are still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may result in the acquisition of a subsidiary of the
Company or in a stake in the Gold Brands group, which may have a material effect on the price of the
Company's securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a
further announcement is made.
