TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"),
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Growthpoint has received notification
from Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd ("Prudential Investment Managers")
of the disposal by Prudential Investment Managers on behalf of underlying clients of Growthpoint
shares such that the total beneficial interest of Prudential Investment Managers clients now
amounts to 4.94% of Growthpoint's total issued ordinary shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Growthpoint has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
