hereby notified that the Theunis de Bruyn Familie Trust (the "Seller"), an associate of Mr Theunis de
Bruyn (Non-Executive Director of the Company), has disposed of RAC preference shares to an
entity wholly-owned by the Seller, TATJ Investments (Pty) Ltd (the "Buyer"). Details of the dealings
are as follows:
