APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT CHAIRMAN
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Zitulele
Luke ("KK") Combi has been appointed as the independent chairman of
the boards of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services with immediate
effect.
KK has established himself as a leading businessman and entrepreneur
over the last 30 years and was the founder of Master Currency. He
won the local Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur award in 2000 and
became the first South African to be awarded World Entrepreneur for
Managing Change in 2001. KK was also the executive chairman of leading
BEE investment firm, Thembeka Capital, is a member of the Institute
of Directors and serves on various listed and unlisted companies'
boards.
The respective boards welcome the appointment of KK as chairman and
look forward to his leadership.
