EXTENSION OF CONTRACT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 11 October 2018, in which it was noted that the
board of directors of Ellies ("the board") had appointed Chris Booyens as the interim chief financial officer
("CFO") for a three month period effective 11 October 2018, with the option to extend his contract.
Shareholders are advised that the board has extended the contract with Chris Booyens to the end of the
financial year, 30 April 2019, while the board finalises the appointment of an executive financial director.
