NOTIFICATION OF RESIGNATION OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.75 of the JSE Listings Requirements, DAWN hereby advises its
stakeholders that PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has resigned as the Company's external
auditors, effective 9 January 2019. The resignation follows a formal tender process conducted by
the Company as part of the broader ongoing cost savings initiatives undertaken as part of its
turnaround strategy. The Company is in the process of finalising the appointment of an audit firm
which will serve as the external auditors going forward.
