FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 21 October 2018 and 3 December 2018
relating to enX's ownership interest in its fleet management business, Eqstra Fleet
Management and Logistics ("EFML"), shareholders are advised that the process which may
result in the divestment of EFML in whole or in part, remains ongoing. If the process is
successfully concluded, it may have a material effect on the price of enX securities.
Shareholders of enX should accordingly continue to exercise caution when dealing in their
enX securities until a further announcement in this regard is made.
