NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST: SECTION 122
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Reunert shareholders are advised that the Company has received a
notification that Morgan Stanley has acquired a beneficial interest of 5.142% in Reunert's ordinary shares
(the "Acquisition").
Following the Acquisition, Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc now holds 5.126% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company for discretionary managed funds and separately managed client
accounts. Morgan Stanley and Co. International Plc holds the balance of 0.016%.
