CHANGE TO THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr Isaiah Tatenda Bundo
("Tatenda") will be taking up an alternative executive role within an associate of the Group
and hence has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company with effect
from 21 January 2019.
Mr Imraan Yousuf Moosa ("Imraan") has been appointed as CFO from 21 January 2019.
Imraan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and is a chartered accountant. He has
a number of years' experience in the fishing industry and worked in a senior role in the finance
department of the Group.
The Board would like to thank Tatenda for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his new role and we also welcome Imraan to the Board of the Company.
