Shareholders are advised that Mr B Topham, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has
resigned from the board of directors and committees of the Company with effect from 31 January 2019 to
pursue new opportunities. Mr Topham has served as an Ecsponent director since 2010 and was the chairman
of the Audit and Risk Committee.
The board of directors extends its appreciation to him for his services to the Company and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
