DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange ("JSE"), shareholders are advised that Mr Brandon Topham ("Brandon") has notified
the Board of his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with effect from
31 January 2019 in order to pursue alternative career interests.
Brandon has been a director of the Company since 2006 and the Board thanks him for his many
years of service to the Group and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Group will commence with the process of appointing a new CFO and shareholders will be
advised once an appointment has been made.
