ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF OCEANA SHARES
Shareholders of Oceana are referred to the Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited ("Brimstone")
announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited today, 24 January 2019,
in terms of which its shareholders were advised that Brimstone has entered into a conditional but binding
offer to acquire 8 000 000 Oceana ordinary shares from Tiger Brands Limited, representing approximately
5.9% of the total Oceana shares currently in issue. Brimstone's shareholding in Oceana will accordingly
increase from 16.98% to 22.88%.

As required in terms of section 122(3) (a) of the Companies Act, the Company will file the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel at the appropriate time.
