In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Ndumi Medupe has resigned as a non-executive director to the Board of Etion
with effect from 25 January 2019.
The Board wants to thank Ndumi for her valuable contribution over the years, especially for
her role in chairing the audit committee.
