CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PEPKOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Pepkor wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Pieter Erasmus ("Pieter") will resign
as non-executive director from the Pepkor board with immediate effect to dedicate more time
to his private business interests.
The Pepkor board would like to thank Pieter for his invaluable contribution made to the Pepkor
group.
