intu properties plc ("intu") announces that Rakhi Goss-Custard, non-executive Director, has
indicated her intention to not seek re-election at the company's forthcoming annual general
meeting to be held on 3 May 2019, having completed a 3 year term of office.
A search for a new NED to replace Rakhi is well underway and intu expects to announce an
appointment prior to the annual general meeting.

Rakhi who has made an outstanding contribution to the Board's deliberations over the past three
years. I wish her all the very best for the future. We are well advanced with our search for a new
