CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF INVESTEC BANK LIMITED (the "BOARD")
Investec announces, in accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements the following
changes to the Board of Investec Bank Limited:
Director resignation
Further to the announcement released on 06 February 2018, Stephen Koseff and Bernard Kantor step
down from the Board with effect from 30 January 2019. Both Stephen and Bernard will remain on the
Boards of Investec Limited and Investec plc (the Group) until the completion of the demerger of the Investec
Asset Management business from the Group.

service.
