Prospective noteholders are advised that the latest investor report detailing the performance of the underlying
assets in aggregate, for the period ended 31 December 2018, is available for inspection at the following
website https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/vineyard-road-investments and are further advised that there have
been no replacements or repurchases of assets in the pool, for the period ended 31 December 2018, due to a
breach of the representations and warranties contained in the agreements underlying the asset-backed debt
securities.
