EXTENSION OF TIME FOR POSTING OF ACQUISITION CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 8 November 2018 to
the effect that the JSE has granted the Company an extension to the 60-day period for the
posting of a circular to shareholders regarding the subscription by Adrenna of 2 000 000
convertible, redeemable preference shares in the East Sydney Day Hospital Limited
("ESDH").
Shareholders are advised that the audit of the ESDH financials in accordance with full IFRS
is on-going and the JSE has accordingly granted the Company a further extension to the
period for posting, allowing for the circular to be posted on or before 28 February 2019.
