APPOINTMENT OF AUDIT FIRM
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on SENS on
4 December 2018 in terms of which shareholders were advised, inter alia, that the Company
has commenced a process to appoint a new audit firm and that shareholders will be advised
of such appointment in due course.
Accordingly, in terms of paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has appointed Mazars as its auditor firm with effect from
today, Monday, 4 February 2019.
