In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that CMH has received formal
notification that Electus Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd has increased its beneficial interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company amounts
to 5.16% of the total issued share capital.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
