RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Stefaan Sithole, an independent non-executive director, will step down from the Board with
effect from 28 February 2019.
The Chairman, Ms Zarina Bassa thanks Mr Sithole for his contribution on the Board and as Audit
Committee Chairman for the past two years.
