Shareholders are referred to the audited June 2018 Annual
Financial Statements published on 5 November 2018. It was
disclosed then that the minority shareholders of Reflex
Solutions have disputed Jasco's majority ownership of the
company.
Shareholders are advised that this dispute has progressed to
arbitration by agreement between the parties and the
arbitration has been set down for mid-March 2019.
Further updates will follow on conclusion of the arbitration
process.
