RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange, shareholders are advised that Ms Michelle Beukes has resigned as Financial Director
of Adrenna with immediate effect in order to pursue alternative business opportunities.
The Company will commence with the process of appointing a new Financial Director and
shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.
