VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement issued on 12 October 2018 whereby the Company
was seeking to appoint a new Group CEO, with a change in role of Professor Antonie van Rensburg
to Chief Digital Officer to allow Antonie to drive the digital transformation strategy and be more
customer facing. The Board appointed Mr Vincent ("Vince") Raseroka as Group CEO of the
Company, with effect from 1 January 2019.
Shareholders are advised that Antonie is no longer performing the role of Chief Digital Officer for the
group.
