DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act") and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Omnia has
received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that Allan Gray Proprietary Limited
("Allan Gray"), on behalf of its clients, has in aggregate, acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares
of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of Omnia held by Allan Gray now amounts
to 10.2680% of the total issued ordinary shares of Omnia.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Omnia has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
