Shareholders are advised that Ms. Cleopatra S Ntshingila, chairperson of the board of
directors has resigned with immediate effect.
The board of directors would like to thank Ms. Ntshingila for her valued contribution and
commitment over the years and wish her well in her future endeavours.
Shareholders are further advised that progress has been made with the search for suitable
candidates in line with the Group's stated transformation strategy. Further announcements in
this regard will be made in due course.
