NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that appointment of RSM South Africa Incorporated ("RSM") as the Company's
external auditor has been terminated by the Company with immediate effect due to an
irretrievable breakdown in the relationship between the Company and RSM, which has
resulted in a delay in the finalisation of the Company's audit for the financial year ended
30 June 2018 ("2018 audit").
The Audit and Risk Committee is in the process of completing an assessment of the suitability
of Nexia SAB&T as the external auditor with Mr Sophy Kleovoulou as the proposed
designated audit partner (subject to JSE approval) for purposes of completing the 2018
audit and a further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
