RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Mrs Venete Klein ("Mrs Klein") has resigned as an independent non-executive
director of the Company's Board of Directors ("the Board") with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Mrs Klein for her valuable contribution to Calgro M3 during her tenure
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
