AVAILABILITY OF THE ACCOUNTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2017
The Issuer wishes to advise bondholders that the accounts of the Republic of Namibia for the year ended 31
March 2017 ("2017 financial statements"), as signed by the Auditor General, is available for inspection at the
registered office of the Issuer and has also been made available on the following website
http://www.oag.gov.na/web/auditor-general/financial-audit-reports-for-the-government-of-namibia.
Bondholders are also advised that the audit report on the 2017 financial statements of the Issuer was
unqualified with an emphasis of matter paragraph included.
Please refer to the 2017 financial statements for further details on this emphasis of matters.
Bondholders are further advised that the accounts of the Republic of Namibia for the year ended 31 March
2018, as signed by the Auditor General, will be made available once tabled at parliament. A further
announcement will be released once available.
