hereby advised that Mr Allan Groll, a current independent non-executive director of the Mazor
Board and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed with effect from 18
February 2019 to the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and as Chairman of the Social and
Ethics Committee.
