CHANGES IN THE ROLES OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
shareholders are advised of the following changes in the roles of certain independent non-executive
directors with immediate effect:
- The change in role of Mr Reuben Kadalie from independent non-executive director and member
of the Audit and Risk Committee to Interim Financial Director; and
- The appointment of Dr Ruben Richards as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
The Audit and Risk Committee has considered, and is satisfied with, the competence, qualifications
and experience of Mr R Kadalie as the incoming Financial Director.
The Company will appoint a new permanent Financial Director towards the end of this year, as
operations and activities increase.
