In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Trematon wishes to make the following announcement regarding a change in
designation to the Company's board of directors ("the Board"):
Shareholders are advised that following the retirement of Mr Monty Kaplan on
31 January 2019 the Company has appointed Mr Robin Lockhart-Ross, an
independent non-executive director, as Chairman of the Board, with effect from
20 February 2019.
