APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders of L2D are advised that Mrs Jill Parratt will be stepping down as Company Secretary of L2D,
effective 25 February 2019.
Mr Ben Swanepoel, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, will accordingly assume the role of the Company
Secretary on 25 February 2019. Ben has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa
since July 2001 and has the relevant skills and experience to fulfill this role.
The Company would like to thank Jill for her contribution to L2D since its listing.
