CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Marius Bosman as an Independent Non-
Executive Director of Cashbuild with effect from 1 March 2019.
Marius has been with the Shoprite group for more than 25 years, and served as Shoprite
Holdings' Chief Financial Officer from 2014 until his retirement in July 2018.
We would like to welcome Marius and look forward to his contribution to the Board of
Cashbuild.
