RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 17 October 2018 and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 15 January 2019, shareholders are advised that
discussions with McCormick Property Development Proprietary Limited in respect of a potential joint
venture are still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of
the Company's securities.
Shareholders will be notified should any binding agreements be entered into and accordingly,
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities, until a further
announcement is made.
