APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms Busisiwe Silwanyana (Busi) CA (SA) has been appointed as an independent director to the Board
and member of the Audit Committee with effect from Monday 25 February 2019.
Busi is the Executive Director of Hugiano Health Group (Pty) Limited. She spent 15-years in banking
across both Corporate & Investment Banking and Business Banking divisions with responsibilities in
structured finance and lending, initially with Absa Corporate & Investment Banking and then with
Standard Bank Group (both in South Africa and in the United Kingdom).
Ms Zarina Bassa, Chairman of YeboYethu, welcomed the appointment to the Board and looked forward
to Busi's contribution.
