RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the further cautionary announcement, regarding expressions of
interest for various parts of the Group's businesses, released on SENS on 17 January 2018 and
are advised that Group Five has received non-binding offers against these expressions of interest.
The Group continues to consider these expressions of interest and non-binding offers.
As the above may have a material impact on the price of Group Five's securities, shareholders
are advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in the Company's securities until a further
announcement in this regard is made.
