Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 2 March 2018, in terms of which it was advised
that Mr Ian Isdale would continue to hold the position of Company Secretary on an interim consultancy
basis until 28 February 2019.
Shareholders are hereby advised Mr Isdale's appointment has been extended until the appointment of
a new Company Secretary.
The Board of Directors of Famous Brands is satisfied that Mr Isdale has the required skills and
experience to fulfil the role of Company Secretary.
