WISENET GROUP
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 9 January 2019 regarding the acquisition of the business
of the Wisenet Group (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated), shareholders are advised
that all conditions precedent have now been fulfilled and the Acquisition has become unconditional.
The effective date of the Acquisition will be 1 March 2019 and the results of the Wisenet Group will be
consolidated into Adapt IT Holdings Limited with effect from 1 March 2019.
