RETIREMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
This announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 3.59
of the JSE Listings Requirements.
The Board of Directors of the Group (‘the Board') would like to
advise shareholders that Mr Bhekokuhle (‘Bheki') Sibiya has
provided notice that he will not be available for re-election
at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which is scheduled
to take place on 26 July 2019. Bheki will thus retire from the
Board on 26 July 2019.
The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Bheki for his
significant contribution to the Board and the Company since
joining the Board in March 2004.
