CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms. Elana Kruger has resigned as an executive financial director of the Company with effect from 28 February
2019. The Castleview board of directors ("Board") express its sincere thanks to Elana for her services to the
Company.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr. Colin Dockrall has been appointed as an executive financial director
of Castleview with effect from 1 March 2019. Colin currently works at Castleview Asset Managers where he
has gained invaluable experience within the property sector. Previously he was an audit manager at AS Pocock
Incorporated. Colin holds a CA(SA) qualification.
Castleview welcomes Colin to the Board.
