ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN OCEANA FROM TIGER
BRANDS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 24 January 2019 regarding the proposed acquisition
by Brimstone of 8 000 000 Oceana Group Limited ordinary shares from Tiger Brands Limited (the
"Transaction"), Brimstone shareholders are advised that the conditions precedent in relation to the
Transaction have been duly fulfilled. The Transaction is expected to be completed on or before 20
March 2019.
A further announcement will be made once the Transaction has been completed.
