SANTAM Limited – Resignation of Director
The board of directors of Santam Limited ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr
Bhekithemba Thabo Gamedze has resigned from the board with effect from 28 February 2019.
Mr Gamedze has served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director from October 2006 and was also
a member of the Risk Committee and the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee. Mr Gamedze
will continue to serve as a director on the boards of some subsidiary entities in the Santam Group.
The board wishes to thank Mr Gamedze for his dedicated contribution to the Group and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
