Shareholders are advised that the anticipated release of the Audited Financial Results for the year
ended 31 December 2018 ("Annual Results") has been delayed to allow for the completion of the audit
by the incoming auditors.
Accordingly, the Annual Results Presentation scheduled for today at 10.00 has been postponed.
No material matters have been reported to the Board to date that have not been shared with the
market in the Trading Statement for the year ended 31 December 2018 and Restatement of Prior
Period Results, as released on 28 February 2019.
Shareholders will be advised of the updated release date of the Annual Results once the Board has
reasonable certainty.
