NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR
In terms of paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Afrox shareholders are advised
that Afrox, through its audit committee, has decided to terminate the services of KPMG Inc. as external
auditors of the Company, with effect from 6 March 2019. KPMG Inc. has been the Company's auditors
since 2007 and in line with good governance, the company has decided to rotate auditors.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. represented by Mr Megan Naidoo has been appointed as the Company's
external auditors with effect from 6 March 2019, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming
annual general meeting, further details of which will be announced on SENS in due course.
Afrox thanks KPMG Inc. for their contribution over the years and the audit committee chairman, Mr
Chris Wells stated "The KPMG audit team at Afrox demonstrated the right level of professionalism
throughout their tenure at Afrox."
