Airports Company South Africa announces the possible Sale of Shares
in MIAL
Noteholders are hereby advised that Airports Company South Africa
was approached with an offer to acquire its entire 10% shareholding
in Mumbai International Airport Private Limited ("MIAL"), held
through its wholly owned subsidiary, ACSA Global (Mauritius)
Limited ("ACSA Global").
Subsequently, ACSA Global has issued a Right of First Refusal
Notice to the existing shareholders of MIAL in terms of the
Shareholders Agreement.
Further information to be provided as and when there are further
material developments relating to the transaction.
