LETSHEGO HOLDINGS LIMITED - NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Noteholders are hereby advised by the Issuer's Board of Directors ("the Board") that Colm Patterson, the
Group Chief Financial Officer, has left the employ of Letshego Group Limited, effective on 2 March 2019.
To ensure continuity and leadership within Letshego Group's Finance function, Josias de Kock, an
Independent Non-Executive Director on the Letshego Group Board, Chairman of the Group Investment
Committee, Member of the Group Audit Committee, Group Risk Committee and Group Governance
Nominations Social and Ethics Committee will take up the role of Acting Group Chief Financial Officer,
effective 6 March 2019. Before commencing his new acting role, Josias will resign from his current Group
Board responsibilities.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Patterson for his contribution over the years and wishes Mr. de Kock success
in his new role as CFO.
