AVAILABILITY OF THE UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS
Bondholders are advised that the unaudited interim results of the Issuer for the period ended 31 December
2018 ("2019 interim results") are available for inspection at the Issuer's registered office.
The 2019 interim results have also been made available on the MMI Holdings Limited website at
http://www.mmiholdings.co.za/en/investor-relations/note-programme.
Bondholders are further advised that the segmental report in the previously published unaudited interim
results of the Issuer, for the period ended 31 December 2017 ("2018 interim results"), was restated. To more
meaningfully report on earnings and growth, MMI has aligned its reporting segments to its revised internal
operating structure, which became effective on 1 July 2018. This resulted in number of end-to-end value
chain business units being created, supported by shared distribution channels and group-wide enabling
functions.
